Facility Use Procedures

The Laclede Co. C-5 School District, Joel E. Barber School, routinely works with a number of individuals and groups regarding facility use. All individuals wishing to use the JEB facilities must have appropriate documentation on file.

Payment and all appropriate documentation are due prior to usage. Failure to provide payment and documentation before your event will result in cancellation of your reservation and a potential future ban from using our facilities.

Special Events Insurance Coverage

From MUSIC (Missouri United School Insurance Council)

Special event insurance is offered through MUSIC for those who do not have appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
